Frequently Asked Questions

Q.What some prohibited items?
A.For the safety of our team, the environment, and compliance with local regulations, certain materials are not permitted in our roll-off dumpsters. Prohibited waste includes, but is not limited to: wet plaster, wet paint, batteries, paint cans, ashes, oil, vehicle parts, sewage sludge, appliances containing refrigerant, and other hazardous materials. Please also note that dirt, concrete, and brick are not allowed without prior approval. These restrictions help us ensure responsible disposal, maintain safe handling practices, and keep your project on schedule. If you have questions about specific items, our team is always here to help.

Total tonnage from the weight scale ticket 2tons. 0.5tons of overage = $47.50(not including tax). Proof of tonnage will be provided in the invoice or just ask and we will text it to you!
Q.What happens if i spill paint or plaster in the dumpster?
A.To ensure safe and responsible dumpster use, please be advised that any wet paint, plaster, or similar materials must never be disposed of in our containers.
